ASHA IVF partners with Bot MD to launch the first A.I. powered WhatsApp IVF patient engagement platform in Indonesia

SURABAYA, INDONESIA.

ASHA IVF Indonesia has partnered with Bot MD to launch the first A.I. powered IVF patient engagement platform that is integrated with WhatsApp to enhance quality of care for their IVF patients.

Patients who are part of ASHA Clinic's IVF programs, including the Fresh Stimulation Program that has many protocols and the Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET) program, will be enrolled into the Bot MD Care platform. Once enrolled, patients will automatically receive medication injection reminders, scheduling reminders and education videos through WhatsApp.

Patients can also easily report any symptoms through a simple form that is sent to them on WhatsApp. If a patient reports any abnormal symptoms, the Bot MD Care platform will triage and instantly alert ASHA IVF's clinical care team so that they can attend to their patients.

ASHA IVF plans to rollout the platform to all of their IVF clinics across Indonesia in order to further enhance the quality of care and improve convenience for all their patients.

"IVF treatment does not need to be difficult. By partnering Bot MD, we are making it easier for our patients to go through their pregnancy program with simple reminders sent to them on WhatsApp. We also seek to establish a new benchmark in patient experience by attending to patients who need help when they report abnormal symptoms in the Bot MD platform.”

Dr Amang Surya Priyanto, Sp.OG, F-MAS
President Director, ASHA IVF Indonesia

"We are excited to work with ASHA IVF Indonesia to push the envelope in IVF patient care and making it easier for patients to complete their treatment successfully."
